Owners of the PAM PAM Restaurant and creators of the success of the MYONI GROUP, one of the leaders in the luxury real estate market. Countless travels around the world and the discovery of local flavours inspired Paulina and Andrzej to create a unique place on the map of Warsaw, where Polish traditions meet global culinary wealth.

Paulina and Andrzej believe that the success of a restaurant lies not only in the fine flavours it serves, but also in the people who are behind the entire restaurant experience it offers. That is why at PAM PAM, they have assembled a team of true enthusiasts, in a joint quest for the perfect taste.

Paweł Rumowski Executive Chef

Professional chef since 2000. For 12 years, Paweł worked as Chef in the best and most prestigious restaurants, including the Amber Room, the Art Déco, the Westin and the five-star SPA Dr Irena Eris in Polanica Zdrój. He joined the PAM PAM Team in 2018. He is an enthusiast of culinary art based on simplicity, freshness and the highest quality products, and a creator of extraordinary combinations of flavours.

Piotr Gierkowski Head Chef

Piotr developed and honed his culinary skills in the best Warsaw hotels and prestigious restaurants for 20 years. He joined the Pam Pam Team in December 2018, moving from the position of Sous Chef of the Amber Room Restaurant and the Polish Business Council Club. His goal is to surprise our Guests with new combinations of flavours and aromas. For Piotr, high quality, simplicity and authenticity of dishes come first.

Dominik Bosek Chef de partie

Dominik graduated from a Culinary Arts High School in the Masurian Lake District, where he fell in love with his profession. Since 2014, he has been cooking in professional cuisines, including in the Amber Room, one of Poland’s leading restaurants. He cooks every day, further developing his skills, and shares his creations and recipes on his culinary diary, the blog “Boska Kuchnia”.

Eryk Stępiński Restaurant Manager

Eryk started out as a Waiter at the Marriott Hotel in 2006. He worked as a Room Shift Manager at the Bristol Hotel and later also at the Amber Room Restaurant, where he eventually became a Restaurant Supervisor. He is a wine connoisseur and the greatest storyteller at PAM PAM. He is the best at talking to our Guests about the food served in our restaurant.

Michał Konopka Deputy Manager

Michał first started as a Waiter and a Barista in a small restaurant in Grodzisk Mazowiecki in 2009, and then he worked in the Jarzyna Patisserie in Brwinów (both near Warsaw). Next, he moved to the Amber Room, one of the most prestigious restaurants in Warsaw, where he was quickly promoted from a Waiter Helper to a Waiter. His greatest qualities are discretion and great personal culture.
